The modern minimalist architecture makes effective use of textures, while highlighting the natural beauty of local materials. These include the corrugated teakwood ceiling in the kitchen, which is echoed on the staircase wall and in the bedroom. Another standout feature is the use of brown-hued Paras Kerobokan sandstone for several interior walls, and the grey paras stone tiles in the shower. Light is another key element captured by the huge floor-to-roof glass panels at the villa entrance.

Comfort and Relaxation
The two-storey villa comes with a private plunge pool and high-tech amenities designed for modern living. In-villa entertainment facilities include a 65-inch Smart TV, speakers and Samsung soundbar. Furnished with Bosch cooking appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine, the kitchen has everything you’ll need for cooking and coffee breaks.
In the bedroom, blackout curtains, a top-quality King Koil mattress, pillows and bed linens ensure a good night’s sleep, while personal grooming is taken care of with an overhead rainshower and a Dyson Supersonic hairdryer.

Enjoy SoHo-style loft living in this chic one-bedroom villa. The ensuite bedroom is located on the mezzanine, with a view of the open-plan living area through its glass divider. Behind the king-size bed is a walk-through dressing room, with ample wardrobe space. The adjoining ensuite bathroom is fitted with a washbasin and toilet, and a shower area finished with non-slip river-rock tiles. The overhead rainshower is complemented by a handheld option for added convenience.

LIVING AREAS
The living area is conveniently located next to the dining area and kitchen, offering an open and inviting space.
POOL
Both are chlorinated pools and have no shallow end for kids; Towels are provided at each villa pool.
Individual Pool: 4.0m x 2.3m x 1.3m; normal temperature. There is a common toilet.
Main pool: 19m x 4m x 1.2m; heated temperature. There are three lounge chairs, one pool umbrella, a jacuzzi and an outdoor shower.
DINING
A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service charged at grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

In-villa treatments are available on request (extra charge).
ENTERTAINMENT
Each villa has high-speed WiFi throughout, a 65-inch Smart TV with Netflix, and Vanguard speakers.

Baby cot is charged at USD 10 per unit per day and high chair is charged at USD 5 per unit per day.

Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
Extra bed is available at USD 45 per person per night. One additional guest is allowed at Villa Serenity.
Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 Mar 2026, 08 Mar 2027, and 26 Mar 2028.
