A Natural Base
The modern minimalist architecture makes effective use of textures, while highlighting the natural beauty of local materials. These include the teakwood panels and the Paras Kerobokan sandstone, used for some of the interior walls. Non-slip grey sandstone tiles are used in the shower. The entrance of each two-storey villa brings you into a sunny and private courtyard garden, complete with a 4m-long plunge pool and a timber deck furnished with weatherproof beanbags.

Comfort and Relaxation
The villa is equipped with high-tech amenities designed for modern living, and features its own private plunge pool and timber deck. In-villa entertainment comes in the form of a 65-inch Smart TV, speakers and Samsung soundbar in the living room. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need for food preparation and cooking. Blackout curtains and a King Koil mattress ensure a good night’s sleep, while personal grooming is taken care of with a Dyson hairdryer and an overhead rainshower.

The two air-conditioned bedrooms each feature king-size beds, reading lamps and desks with chairs for a workspace if you need to check your emails. Every ensuite bedroom has a walk-through dressing area, designed for ample clothing storage with an extendable drying rack, and a multi-compartment drawer. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, and a shower area adorned with non-slip river-rock tiles, offering both an overhead and handheld shower option.

The living area is conveniently located next to the dining area and kitchen, offering an open and inviting space.
POOL
Both are chlorinated pools and have no shallow end for kids; Towels are provided at each villa pool.
Individual Pool: 4.1m x 2.4m x 1.3m; normal temperature. There are two lounge chairs and a common toilet.
Main pool: 19m x 4m x 1.2m; heated temperature. There are three lounge chairs, one pool umbrella, a jacuzzi and an outdoor shower.
DINING
A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service charged at grocery bill + 15% handling fee.
SPA AND WELLNESS
Spa treatments, massage services, and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
ENTERTAINMENT
Each villa has high-speed WiFi throughout, a 65-inch Smart TV with Netflix, and Vanguard speakers.

Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 Mar 2026, 08 Mar 2027, and 26 Mar 2028.
